2. Data We Collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Pick-up and drop-off addresses
- Travel date, time, and airport details
- Number of passengers and luggage information
- Optional: flight number, child seat requests, special notes
We do not collect payment data. All payments are made in person directly to the driver.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to handle your booking request and coordinate your transport. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interests in confirming and managing bookings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Booking data is retained for up to 10 years as required by German commercial and tax law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Data no longer required for legal purposes is deleted promptly.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with the assigned driver solely to fulfil your booking. Booking requests submitted via email are processed through our hosting provider's mail server.
6. Cookies
This website uses a single functional cookie (cookieConsent) stored in your browser's local storage to remember your consent preference. No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used. No data is transmitted to third parties via cookies.
7. Hosting & External Services
Hosting: This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical access data (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, requested page, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are stored only temporarily and deleted automatically.
No third-party content: All fonts, scripts and images are served from our own server. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts, content delivery networks or other third parties when you load this website. No analytics or tracking services are used.
WhatsApp, Signal & Google: Our WhatsApp and Signal buttons as well as the link to our Google reviews are simple links. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider (WhatsApp/Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Signal Messenger LLC, Google Ireland Ltd.) if you actively click them. If you send your booking via WhatsApp, the details you entered are transferred to WhatsApp and processed under WhatsApp's privacy policy. See WhatsApp, Signal and Google for details.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for Rhineland-Palatinate is the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz (datenschutz.rlp.de).
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this website. Material changes will be communicated via the booking confirmation email.
