2. Data We Collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect the following personal data:
- Full name, email address, phone number
- Pick-up and drop-off addresses
- Travel date, time, and airport details
- Number of passengers and luggage information
- Optional: flight number, child seat requests, special notes
We do not collect payment data. All payments are made in person directly to the driver.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
Your data is processed solely to handle your booking request and coordinate your transport. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, our legitimate interests in confirming and managing bookings (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
Booking data is retained for up to 10 years as required by German commercial and tax law (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB). Data no longer required for legal purposes is deleted promptly.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with the assigned driver solely to fulfil your booking. Booking requests submitted via email are processed through our hosting provider's mail server.
6. Cookies
This website uses a single functional cookie (cookieConsent) stored in your browser's local storage to remember your consent preference. No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are used. No data is transmitted to third parties via cookies.
7. External Services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may process your IP address when loading fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. No other third-party analytics or tracking services are used.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this website. Material changes will be communicated via the booking confirmation email.
